Driving Directions
From Oakland or San Francisco (I-580 East): Take I-580 East to the Hopyard Road exit in Pleasanton. Turn right onto Hopyard, then left onto Main Street. MDPH Rehab is on the right.
From San Jose or the South Bay (I-680 North): Take I-680 North to the Bernal Avenue exit, turn right onto Bernal, then left onto Main Street.
From Walnut Creek or Concord (I-680 South): Take I-680 South to the Bernal Avenue exit, left onto Bernal, then left onto Main Street, continue 0.4 miles.
BART: Dublin/Pleasanton station is the end of the Blue Line. Call ahead and our team can meet you at the station — the Wheels bus runs every 15 minutes from the station to downtown Pleasanton.
